Crystal lives on an island in the northern Pacific, where she works in her studio and spends time on the water. She graduated from Emily Carr University with a BFA, after attending five universities throughout North America. She has had a number of solo and group shows in Vancouver and Victoria. She also works freelance illustrating children’s books and graphic novels. Some of her work has been featured in magazines and publications.
She works with all materials she can get her hands on, creating unique mixed media styles that bring across emotion and mood. Bright colors, worn textures and bold lighting inspire her work. Crystal sells her artwork originals and prints online, and has sent art to almost every country in the world.
