Paul Santiago was born in Barcelona, Spain where he studied classical painting techniques. Paul was especially drawn to the work of the French Impressionists, which have influenced his work from the beginning.
Today he resides in Southern California with his wife, 3 children and 5 grandchildren where he happily spends his days painting in the sunshine.
Paul continues to show his work at various local galleries and teaches painting classes at the local community center.
