Nathan Rohlander's paintings reference every day life, capturing moments in time. "Observations of our modern times turned into art; that is what I do."
Nathan creates his collections through observation of the world around him. These different observations and moments in time collide to create unique compositions that call into question the way we look, the way we feel and most importantly, the way we act. "In this cell phone era my paintings address the human condition."
Influenced by his worldwide travel, his paintings have been exhibited in galleries in and around Southern California and have been featured in well-known magazines. In 2005 he published his first how to paint book.
Nathan earned his BFA with Honors and MFA.
