"My inspiration is life and the stuff that goes with it." That is how Donna Becher describes her love for art. Her background in interior and clothing design helped her establish a personal style that comes through in her creations. Donna's pieces are alive with texture. By adding layers of paint she creates works that are abstract but with an old worn feel. Involved in several art shows and charity events, her art has been featured in a major Hollywood motion picture as well as home décor magazines. "I want each viewer to respond to my art. In evoking response, my art, my story, has touched another's reality." A self-taught artist, Donna works from her West Coast studio and home where she resides with her husband.
